A moment of silence

Forever remembered, always loved. I'll miss you Dad.

EDIT: Seems Planet Zebeth helps me through a lot over the years.

2021, 41 years old, remembering him...
I remember the ol' putt-putt in the back there, sitting on the concrete. Fire that up every so often, one-cylinder. Little thing of oil you could watch going down. The old John Deere, brazing, you got the brass to fix the grille there. Tinkering with things. Can't even count how many lawn mowers you took apart. Find them on the side of the road, whup, into the truck, there's tonights project! Ah, those were the times. Splitting wood, the snowblower. The old wood furnace in the basement, and how u got up every night in winter to stoke the fire. I love you so much dad.

Let there be a moment of silence to honour the memory of my father, Wilbert Harder. He died in hospital at the age of 64 on July 31, 2006. He will always be remembered.

A strip created in honour of my father, who will always be remembered as a good provider, and a kind and caring man. For the past four months, he has been fighting an aggressive brain tumor, but finally succumbed to it's effects. Gone, but not forgotten, he will always be in my mind, and in my heart.

Rest in peace, Wilbert Harder... Dad.

Metroid, Samus, Kraid, and the rest of 'em are all property of Nintendo, who to my knowledge wouldn't do anything such as sue me or shut poor Planet Zebeth down, because they're so damn nice, and Metroid kicks ass : }
This particular comic strip was made solely by me, by that happy little program known as KolourPaint. Yes, the one that everyone runs in fear from. That's why the comic looks the way it does.
