Leaving a place in better condition than when I got there. Like... I've lived in a handful of apartments, etc, and generally, my theory has always been to leave the place in better condition than when I got there. Spackle a few holes in the wall, a few dents. Replace an outlet cover, I dunno if I can find a flaw in the place I try to fix it ^_^
