Yeah... bet you didn't expect to find a level 3 secret inside another secret place, did ya? But anyways, I like to try to talk to everyone. Like, run down on the street, or maybe looking a little thuggish. Like, my general policy is to be nice to everyone. Y'know the opportunity never really arises unless you're waiting at a bus stop or something, but yeah... be kind to everyone. Mention if the weather is good, something nice.
