Cache has been replaced with a new container on Aug 9, 2008. A lock n lock container hidden in a winter friendly fashion. A first to find certificate is inside along with trade items and a supply of TASKLights. |

Quick coin drop. I wasn't 100% sure if I would be able to go geocaching Friday or this weekend, and this coin's in a geocoin race... so I figured I'd quickly drop it off here today after work. It's both on the way home, and is frequently visited at the moment... so I thought it'd be a good choice.

Didn't realize that another cache had sprung up close to where I live. HOORAY! After spending most of the day inside, the headache that I was starting to get from staring at a tv/computer screen for so long told me I needed to get out.
And what does a geocacher do upon getting out? Well, I think we all know the answer to that one.
So I did just that. Onwards to the geocaches! My fiancee was also in, but was feeling ill, so I was on my own. At first I followed the GPS, which led me down a residential road (which I guess was technically closer to the cache than Scurfield). I quickly discovered that it had to be on the other side of the fence from the residential property, and quickly wandered over. Parked at a nearby parking spot (it was about 3:30 or so, so the parking lot was dead empty, luckly enough), and wandered in.
There was already a nice trail of footprints leading me pretty well directly to the cache. Didn't have to worry about snow in my shoes or anything thanks to previous cachers .
Noticed that there was some TB's in here, but unfortunately one of the purposes of my outing today was to relieve my inventory of a mess of TB's that I rescued from my own cache. Hence... I added another one to this, along with a chainmail ball. Cache is kinda full right now. If anyone wants to move some TB's around, this one's got a good number to work with.
Took: Nothing
Left: Logbook entry, Chatter Box Grampa TB, and chainmail ball
