The posts on the low end of the ramp point to the cache twenty paces further. This cache was placed by a group of education students as part of their field based outdoor ed activity. Y'know... maybe it's the fact that I grew up in the country, but when I read the information about the cache and drove by, I started out by looking for large excavation equipment... such as a Ditch-Witch, or a Caterpillar or something. I quickly came to the conclusion it had to be referencing pretty much the only things at the coordinates. A few minutes later, I found me some cache! Although, it was a little un-hidden somewhat, so when I was done I made it a little less visible :}
