A new comic



Ok, wow. So we have got a loOooOot of things to say.

1. No working computer until now.
1b. Technically not true, as I've had a Mac for a few months now. It is incapable of making comics. Who antialiases on copy/paste, who??? Never mind finding a paint program on there that's decent, AAAAAND it is *literally*, full stop literally, incapable of disabling anti-aliasing in the text. It would be fuzzy text and there is no other option on a mac. With a crap app (I tried like 6 of them). And tbh the mouse isn't all that great, though I could use my old mouse. Anyway, there is no good... like, Mac cannot do simple, that's all there is to it. You can't not-blur, just.... every step of attempting to make a comic on there was frustrating, there was no fun side to it lol. Linux however, now we're talking. 2. So, we are hoping and praying that this version of Linux works out for me (and I'm avoiding saying which distro, because I've had stalkers in the past, and I'm thinking the less detailed information I give the better. It... it is obviously Linux though, because Kolourpaint, which in all likelihood will come up again. Let's just at least give you that.

On that note, oh my god to have Windows 95 again. Just... I am *SO* tempted to put Windows 95 on here, and just straight-up damage the wifi card so that it cannot connect to the internet. Oh my god just to have Windows 95 Notepad and Paint again lol!

On that note, Arial. We have to figure out how to install fonts on here, and... I'm actually just surprised that there wasn't a font that was basically a clone of Arial, like... every other OS I've had has had that lol. C'mon man, make me fight for everything?

Kolourpaint. Ahhh, you're still as beautiful as the day I first saw you. Minus the no image preview and actually a few more bugs that are... ehhhhh, work-aroundable. Like, check this screenshot, yeah... it doesn't have icons for half of the selections on the left, so the toolbox takes up like... a quarter of the screen. Like.... it's one of those things where you can kinda smile and shrug... but wouldn't having a working app be *soooooooooo* much better? So we may look around for what else is out there, DANGIT, and Kolourpaint is just so dang awesome! Ugh... for Windows 95, eh :P

Oh wow, the rest of the things to say. So, I'm engaged, to a woman in England named Abby. The last comic was about that :D. Also a whole ton of spiritual stuff has happened, like, I worship 21 Deities at the moment, I'm in a Coven, I'm still Christian so relax, ummmm, I'm clairaudient (finally found the word for what I've been doing for years), I have a pocket dimension, I go by the name Kabutroid in the spiritual planes, because of course (also why not, also yes), ummm... I have spirit name given to me by the Cree people, The Eagle Who Flies Through The Heaven, meaning the one that talks to all spiritual natures and Deities. Like, the one who talks to everyone. Anyways, that's all cool and stuff, so expect a comic about that whole life too. Like... I'm a part of their family here ^_^. Anyways, so yah comics about that too if we can. Like.... I can see maybe a 5 comic series, highlighting the cool points? I dunno, there's gonna be a swamp one, a sweatlodge one, probably one on my tattoo (I have a bear paw tattoo). Ummmm... wow, there are a lot of stories I can tell, I've posted a lot of them online, like Twitter and Facebook. I'll probably save them here though, like... a nice repository for all of the good stuff ^_^

Anyways, follow me on that stuff and stuff. There's a ton of swamp photos, oh my god :D . Instagram, on that note!

But... but no srs, the swamps are absolutely incredible. If you get up to the middle of Manitoba, you will not believe your eyes. I can show ya a place :D

And dat dar's about the brunt of it. Living the country life, getting my swamp in. The farst. Doing my song-a-day, that's pretty cool. Like 884 days is it? Oohh, I gotta do something for 888 :D

Ladies and gentlemen, WOOOOOH, I am proud to announce that I have a semi-working comic-making computer at this point! We do however have seve3ral hurdles left to jump.

WE're working on it, I don't presently have Arial as an option.
Then we have thiiiiiis part, where I don't get an image preview to insert an image. It's kiiiiiinda work-aroundable, but we may want a new app.
