This a great area to visit with picnic tables and a bonfire pit
nearby. You may have problems parking if you hunt this one during a
weekday but after 4:30pm on weekdays, or anytime on holidays and
weekends, there is plenty of parking. |
The cache is in a camouflaged lock n' lock container.

Cache number 6 of the day, tying my previous one-day record! Yeah, I know... it's a pretty low record, but hey... today pretty much trounced it in the end. In either case... I can safely say I've never wandered into that wooded section before. Really nice, easy to find paths throughout it, and it was really nice and relaxing. Because it was fall, there was tons of leaves falling every time there was a breeze, which somehow made it seem even more relaxing. Sorta as if I left the city and was off in a secluded forest or something. Ahhh....
So yeah... did some relaxing while finding this one, and the next few. Albeit this one marked the beginning of a fairly long hike, it was quite fun. Nice hiding spot too. Camo job on the cache was pretty interesting too .
Took: Nothing
Left: Logbook entry and chainmail ball
