Connecting with your Deity

I wrote what I did immediately before gaining clairaudience

This was written during a very strange time in my life. I was doing meditation with my Deities, and one of them had begun sending me images and shapes, and walls in my inner mind for me to dodge and see. I wrote down exactly what I had done at the time, prior to having gained this clairaudient ability.

I must bring up, I was shown several gates during this meditation by a third party, and was asked if I wished to go through it. Please your own mind and your heart to decide what you should do, should this come up. I do not wish to affect anyone's judgement on this.

Please use at your own discretion, be safe, and don't let anything negative or evil talk to you. Please perform this meditation with a good soul, if you wish to try.

Note: I do not think that this will open up clairaudience specifically, but rather open up your inherent spiritual abilities as a whole.

Honestly, I do not want to type this out, as this may or can be a powerful thing, and I don't want it just that much more widely available.
