To get rid of a spirit that won't go away, tell it that the only word that you will speak to it is "Go.", and then do just that. The reason it works is because the spirit will soon just get bored and leave

If a demon tries to tell you you won't succeed, or tries to dissuade you from something in any way, just tell them that they're unrelated to the subject. Why are you here, who is this guy, how are you related to the subject? You've had nothing to do with the building of this, take a hike. It sets a setting in your mind that his words are unrelated, like... literally not related to the subject, meaning they have literally no effect on the subject, and honestly that just kinda... y'know why are they there they got nothing. And yeah, carry on about your task and that'll just disappear from your mind in like 3 seconds

If you want to talk to a Demon while having an extra barrier of protection from them, try talking beside them, like literally, talk to the space beside them. They know they can hear you, you know they can hear you, and it adds an extra layer of emotional or mental distance. You'll... have to find a Demon understanding enough or wanting enough to want to speak to you in this manner, because that's kinda hiiighly disrespectful, but yah, the option is there if you need it. Just a... safety option.
