I said I'd keep an eye on this cache... and an eye I did keep! We meet again... Blitz of the bridge. Only THIS time... you're here at the same time as me .
And it's definitely confirmed that I was looking in the right place the last time I was here. Found it pretty much right instantly. Although, it was about 6 inches away from where I expected to find it, but it took all of 3 seconds to correct myself .
I specifically made a trip out to this park PURELY to clear up this DNF. Got my fiancee to come with me to boot (yep, getting her to be a geocacher one cache at a time ). Grabbed up another cache that had appeared in this park since the last time I was here (which was closer to the car), then headed out to this one. After the find however, my fiancee convinced me to climb a nearby tree (well, not so much climb, as "walk up"). See attached picture.
But... thanks for getting the cache back in action, and it's now earned itself a chainmail ball .
Took: Nothing
Left: Logbook entry and chainmail ball

Well crap. Looks like when I got the pocket query generated, it appears to have been shortly before (or possibly on the same day of, but earlier than) this cache being temporarily disabled. *sigh* Why does fate mock me that way? I swear, whenever something is disabled, it's the day AFTER I generate all of the waypoints .
Well... will be keeping an eye on this fella, awaiting it's return.
