Terminal boredom
But yeah... so now that I've got most things installed and whatnot, I'm doing my patented "catchup strips", which are, as you can safely assume, a copy-paste of the exact same frame, but with different text. Hence, it's 100% text-based humour (which I hope many find funny, as that's what's obviously intended).
Although, when I think about it, most comics are sorta text-based humour as is, but here there's zero movement from frame to frame (except the date/time), making it 100% text-based.
And for your purists who will likely ask me "Should not their files be locked into a specific time/date while in the FTP"? To that, I say "no". They were in mid-transfer, so if you're picky, you can think of it as them partially being on the server. Therefore, time passes as it does on Zebeth, but their minds are still locked in the FTP. Kinda reminds me of that ASCII-comic I made.

Ok, well let's play a game to pass the time. I spy, with my little eye, something that is... GREY!
Let me guess. The background.

So... umm.. OOHH! I've got an idea for something to do. Bet you can't guess. Try. C'mon... try. Ok, fine. I spy...
*poof*
WHOA! Sweet damn, but that was messy, but I'm back and...
YES! THANK YOU MISSPELLED METROID THINGY! YOU ARE INDEED A .GOD!
Metroid, Samus, Kraid, and the rest of 'em are all property of Nintendo, who to my knowledge wouldn't do anything such as sue me or shut poor Planet Zebeth down, because they're so damn nice, and Metroid kicks ass : }
This particular comic strip was made solely by me, by that happy little program known as MSPaint. Yes, the one that everyone runs in fear from. That's why the comic looks the way it does.
