Early boredom

So anyway... after some troubleshooting, it was blatantly obvious I'd have to format. So format I did. I reinstalled Windows without a problem, and then attempted to get the "Windows update" security patches, etc, etc.

The security patches crashed Windows again. So I had to reformat. Again. So now, after THAT format, I'm back up for the time being. Everything appears to be working, so I'm going to run with it hoping it doesn't die again.

And if you're curious, I got "Spindleshanks" from and old book of fairy tales, specifically from the story "Rumplestiltskin". The others are either personal friends or people from the Zebeth IRC chat that gave their names for this comic.

Story continued once again in next comic.

Soon
... and here we see the trapped group of travellers, waking up to a cool, dew-covered text box...
The only reason I woke up is because you WOKE me up!
Well, I might have forgotten that line if you slept any later.

... Michelle... Paul... Laura... Amanda... Spindleshanks... Ross... Gregory...
Oh COME ON! Now you're naming the numbers?!? That doesn't even make SENSE! And what the hell is a "Spindleshanks"? Seriously!
Eheheh... hey look. The time there says "1-2-3-4". Isn't that awesome?!?
Probably just as lame as when you told us about something very similar a little after 1 in the morning. And hey, I wonder what piece of conversation you'll bring up a quarter to midnight tonight.
Oohh, oohh... and look at THAT! There's THREE zeros in the time now!
Ok, if you're going to begin to bring up every time there's both a sequence AND a matching of numbers, I swear I'm going to stab you with a "1".

Metroid, Samus, Kraid, and the rest of 'em are all property of Nintendo, who to my knowledge wouldn't do anything such as sue me or shut poor Planet Zebeth down, because they're so damn nice, and Metroid kicks ass : }
This particular comic strip was made solely by me, by that happy little program known as MSPaint. Yes, the one that everyone runs in fear from. That's why the comic looks the way it does.
