I mean though, cramming as many turrets onto you as you can isn't the *worst* idea.
And we have a random handful of updates, just lil stuff. I threw up a page for my sewing supplies, because like in the last comic I brought up that I made a page for my carving supplies, so I just kinda felt I needed to include my sewing miscellanea. Also, I made a little page for my song-a-day, since that wasn't specifically really mentioned on the site yet (would be kinda nice if I could embed 'latest video upload', but that doesn't appear to be programically possible quite yet), so we put that page up. Also, I did a writeup of growing up feral, or feral for all intents and purposes. Barely in contact with the human species.
Like... it's hard to impress upon people just how *seldom* I spoke to another human for 20 years. Like literally, I can't remember a single person's voice from high school. The number of sentences I can remember a person saying to me... like four maybe, mostly from teachers. I was spoken to *THAT LITTLE*. Read it, it's a little bit of an insight into me. The weird short child that literally *nobody talked to*. Nobody picked on me (except one, funny story about that in the link), nobody talked to me, I walked literally beneath everyone's line of sight. I grew up looking at humans.
Anyway, I was *around* the human language, so that's why I know how to speak in general lol, but really, I can barely even remember anyone's face. 99% of my memories of that are from pages of a yearbook, not images of them in the halls or classrooms. It's *weird*, I can tell you that.
Anyway, that's been rattling around in my head the past bit. I'd love to give talks on it really, like... this *HAS* to be a unique upbringing that an extremely few have experienced. Anyways.
So yeah, those aside, not many updates in the past week. Now that the backpack patches are done for now, I'll be getting back into carving the teeth of Dahlver-Nar (minor page added to the carving section for that), and finishing up the various other projects that fell asleep when I went into hibernation. Moving forwards!
